How to choose the best STEM program for your park
1. Know your audience
Our STEM programs can be used to host summer camps and school field trips, and both have a different audience. If you are running summer camps your customers are parents and kids. If you are hosting school field trips, your customers are teachers and administrators.
2. Choose your program
Summer Camps are all about fun! Add an hour of hands-on STEM activities to your daily camp schedule using our STEM Starter Program and make both parents and kids happy. Parents will be excited that kids are learning and kids will excited that they get to build, break, and play with STEM. The instruction is video-based so it’s easy to teach. It can be taught to multiple age ranges at the same time, and all materials are non-expendable so you can keep using them all summer long. The STEM Starter Program can also be used to host homeschool groups, outside summer camps for a STEM field trip, and community STEM nights.
Field trips are about fun and learning. Use our STEM Suites Program to bring in groups of 100-200 students for two hours during your slowest morning hours. Our Program has 6 unique courses, each written specifically to align with state and/or national learning standards. This means that they are used for a single, specific grade and match up with what students are learning in the classroom. Teachers and administrators love bringing students to a place where they can learn, exercise, have crazy amounts of fun and return to the classroom to build on what was learned. The STEM Suites program comes with all non-expendable materials, staff training, real-time support, implementation guides, and a best practices handbook.
Step 3. Generate revenue
Hosting a STEM summer camp can generate new revenue and put your assets to use during slower morning hours. Adding STEM to an existing summer camp program will let you upcharge and will increase enrollment numbers. The average per camper price for a STEM camp is $250.00 – $300.00 depending on the location.
Adding STEM field trips will fill your park during empty morning hours. Host 2-hour field trips for 120-200 kids at a time. Most parks average 5-10 field trips in their first year, 10 – 12 in their second year, and 15 – 20 in their third year. The average per-student price is $12 – $15.00 depending on location.
Schools look for exciting field trips with an academic component in their community. A trampoline park is built on science concepts such as force, energy, gravity, and motion. This makes it the perfect place to explore, investigate, experiment, and engineer STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Let us help you bring a strong STEM program to your park and your community.

WHAT PARK OWNERS ARE SAYING
Here at CFE Sky Zones (Atlanta, GA Area with three locations), we hit a home run when partnering with Math Mind Workshop. This is a company that has aligned closely with our values and our mission to better our brand while supporting our partners in education. We spent a couple of years limping along in providing an educational field trip by discussing with other curriculum writers; looking for help but not finding anything that would work with our operations teams.
The MMW curriculum writers continue to score high with the three primary counties that we serve when it comes to meeting our Georgia standards of excellence. It is creative, fun, and engaging teaching and materials that not only do the kids love, but that our team members who are coaching the kids enjoy using. As my team was starting out, we found MMW so supportive and committed to our success. I can not say enough good things about this partnership when it comes to excellence in teaching!
- Trampoline Park Manager
MMW went above and beyond though with helping us consider the unique need of schools as it comes to how to operate this type of event. We also found them to be very receptive to what we have been learning operationally as well. They have been flexible enough to hear us out and help us improve every time.- Trampoline Park Manager
This investment is already seeing a positive return for us and we are a step ahead of our competitors because of it.I highly recommend MMW as a partner in creating STEM Field Trips!
